Amazon Basin is CAO’s annual ritual cigar, released in limited quantities and built around Bragança tobacco grown deep in the Amazon rainforest. Harvested only once every few years, the tobacco is cured in palm-wrapped bales using centuries-old indigenous methods, giving the cigar a character that feels both ancient and deliberate. The rustic twine and imperfect wrapper are not affectations but honest signals of how far removed this cigar is from mass production. Lighting one feels less like opening a box and more like unrolling a bundle pulled straight from the jungle.
